Digital Products
All digital download goods (including PDFs, templates, guides, and similar materials) are non-refundable.
Once a digital item has been accessed or delivered, refunds or exchanges are not available, as digital content cannot be returned in its original form.
The Operator reserves the right to decline refund or return requests at its sole discretion, including in cases where digital items have already been downloaded, accessed, or used.
Coaching and Consulting Services
All coaching sessions, mentorship packages, and consulting services are non-refundable once payment has been received.
This policy is in place because coaching and consulting involve personalized preparation, scheduling, and intellectual labor that begin prior to the delivery of services.
If you need to reschedule a coaching session, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice via email. Missed or canceled sessions without sufficient notice may be forfeited.
In exceptional circumstances, the Operator reserves the right to reschedule or modify a session, ensuring reasonable accommodations are offered to the client.
